Robertsons Chicken Spice, a squeeze of lemon juice, tomato paste, ginger and garlic are all you need to make these mouth-watering chicken wings!
- 0.5 cups sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Robertsons Chicken Spice
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 400 g chicken wings
- Mix oil, lemon juice, Robertsons Chicken Spice, tomato paste garlic and ginger paste – stir well, add the chicken wings, coat each wing with seasoning then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
- Roast in pre-heated oven (190°C) for 50 minutes to an hour or until the chicken wings are crispy and cooked through.
