Ingredients

- 1 sachet Knorr Creamy mushroom sauce
- 125 ml cream
- 250 ml water
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 125 ml chutney
- 8 chicken thighs
- Robertsons Atlantic sea salt
- Robertsons freshly ground Black Pepper
- 15 ml oil
- 250 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely sliced
Preparation method

- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Place the chicken thighs, skin side up in an oven proof dish
- Season with Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt
- Robertsons Freshly ground Black Pepper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes until well browned
- Remove dish from oven and drain off any excess fat
- In a bowl mix together the Knorr Creamy Mushroom Sauce, cream, water, mayonnaise and chutney until combined
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes
- Scatter the onions and mushrooms over the chicken pieces, then pour over the sauce
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and the sauce has thickened
- Serve with rice
