- 200 g Knorrox Curry Flavour Soya Mince
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 300 g lean beef mince
- 4 potatoes peeled cubed
- 2 cups water
- 2 Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cube
- 1 cup frozen peas
Preparation method

- Place the Knorrox Curry Flavour Soya Mince in a bowl with the water and set aside to soak.
- Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
- Add the beef mince and fry until well browned.
- Add the soaked Knorrox Soya Mince together with the potatoes, water and Knorrox Chilli Beef Stock Cubes and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the frozen peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve with vetkoek.
