Spinach, Butternut and Feta Lasagne

Enjoy the natural goodness of spinach and butternut topped with feta cheese in this great tasting lasagne.

Ingredients

  • 1 KNORR Chicken Lasagne Mate
  • 400 millilitre boiling water
  • 300 gram Butternut
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 300 gram Spinach, chopped
  • 15 millilitre oil
  • 600 millilitre hot water
  • 300 millilitre Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Empty the contents of the cheese sauce sachet into a jug, fill to 400 ml with boiling water and stir for 1 min.
  2. Cube the butternut and microwave on high for 7 min.
  3. In a large pan, fry the onion and spinach in oil.
  4. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 600 ml hot water, butternut and pasta to the spinach.
  5. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
  7. Pour into a 2-litre oven dish.
  8. Pour cheese sauce over and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  9. Grill for 10 min or bake for 20 min at 180°C.
