Red Thai Beef

This delicious Thai beef curry tastes great on a bed of noodles or pasta.

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 millilitre Stork Margarine
  • 500 gram Beef, cubed
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 45 millilitre Thai red curry paste
  • 1 Red pepper, sliced
  • 400 gram Tin coconut milk
  • 300 gram Fettucini pasta to serve
  • 1 Sachet KNORR Beef Stroganoff Cook-in-Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, fry beef and onion in Stork margarine until brown.
  2. Add Thai red curry paste and fry for 1 min.
  3. Mix contents of sachet of KNORR Beef Stroganoff Dry Cook-in-Sauce with coconut milk and pour into pan.
  4. Simmer with the beef until thickened (15-20 mins).
  5. Add the red pepper strips and use fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
  6. Serve with fettucini pasta.
