Easy Asparagus, Cream and Noodle Soup

Make a delicious soup in just 10 min using pasta, asparagus and cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 15 Millilitre Stork margarine
  • 500 Millilitre Hot milk
  • 375 Millilitre hot water
  • 1 KNORR Cheese, Ham and Mushroom Pasta and Sauce
  • 410 Gram Tin green asparagus cuts
  • 125 Millilitre Cream
  • Croutons (optional)

Method

  • Fry the onion and garlic in heated Stork margarine until transparent.
  • Stir in the milk, water and KNORR Cheese, Ham & Mushroom Pasta & Sauce. Add the drained asparagus and boil for 8-10 min, stirring occasionally.
  • Lastly stir in the cream.
  • Serve with croutons.
