Chicken with Spring Onions and Mustard

Chicken recipes are always popular weekday choices. Why not add a tasty twist by cooking it with a spring onion and mustard sauce?

  • 750 g whole skinless chicken fillet breasts
  • 10 ml Robertsons Paprika
  • 30 ml oil
  • 8 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 sachet KNORR Chicken a la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 400 ml water
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped


  • Rub chicken breasts with paprika
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown the chicken breasts
  • Add the spring onions to the pan and fry for 2 minutes
  • Mix together the water, contents of the sachet of KNORR Chicken a’la King Dry Cook-in-Sauce and mustard until well blended then pour over the chicken
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
  • Stir in parsley and serve
