Chicken recipes have never tasted better! This great tasting weekday family meal is made using chicken strips and tasty spring vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cubes or strips
  • 15 ml oil
  • 5 Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 Red pepper, chopped
  • 100 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 KNORR Chicken and Mushroom Pan Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 25 ml Chopped chives

Method

  • Brown chicken in hot oil in a frying pan and drain off excess fat.
  • Add spring onions, red pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
  • Mix the contents of the sachet of KNORR Chicken & Mushroom Pan sachet contents with 200 ml cold milk and 200 ml cold water in a jug.
  • Pour over browned chicken and bring to the boil, stirring quite often.
  • Simmer for 5-10 min and add chives.
