Make this quick pasta meal for the family using a pack of courgettes and two tins of tuna.

  • 15 ml oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 250 g Courgettes, sliced
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1 box KNORR Tuna Mate Cheddar-Melt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 800 ml hot water
  • 2 Tins tuna, in brine


  • In a large saucepan, fry the onion, courgettes and peppers in the oil for 3 min.
  • Add the sachet of Seasoning Spice blend (contained within the box) with 250 ml cold milk add 800 ml hot water to the vegetables in the pot.
  • Add the tuna and pasta (contained within the box) and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
