An easy and delicious way to use up any leftover gammon in the fridge – this fresh and crunchy gammon salad is perfect for those warm summer days over the festive season when you don’t feel like cooking!

Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked gammon, shredded
  • 150 g rocket leaves, washed
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 handful green beans, topped, tailed and blanched
  • 45 ml almond slivers, lightly toasted
  • KNORR Creamy Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing

Method

  • Combine the cooked gammon, rocket, avo, cherry tomatoes and green beans in a large salad bowl
  • Top with toasted slivered almonds and generously drizzle with KNORR Creamy Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing
  • For added interest and variety you can also add in some baby spinach leaves and dried cranberries
