  • 250 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 250 g lean diced bacon
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 180 ml seedless raisins
  • 600 g raw broccoli florets
  • 200 ml KNORR Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing


  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Place pumpkin seeds onto a baking tray and lightly toast for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside
  • Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, remove and set aside and using the same pan gently sauté the diced onion in a little oil until soft
  • Combine the raw broccoli florets with the toasted pumpkin seeds, bacon, onion and raisins
  • Add the KNORR Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing, toss well to combine and serve immediately
