Ingredients

  • 2 Knorr Beef Stock Pots
  • 50 ml boiling water
  • 25 g plain dry bread crumbs
  • 650 g lean minced beef
  • 125 g finely chopped mushrooms
  • 25 g finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg

Method

  • Preheat oven 180°C. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Shape into loaf in small baking tray or using a loaf tin.
  • Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with mash potato and vegetables of your choice.
