Broccoli, cheese and bacon make a delicious combination. Here is an easy quiche recipe that is great to make for an afternoon tea!

  • 1 roll short crust pastry
  • 15ml sunflower oil
  • 250g lean diced bacon
  • 200g broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml cream
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 sachet KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake


  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • Line a 16cm quiche dish with the short crust pastry, trimming off any excess from the sides
  • Prick the base a few times with a fork then allow to cool in the fridge
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until cooked
  • Remove from the pan and allow to cool
  • Scatter the broccoli florets over the base off the quiche and top with diced bacon
  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs, cream, milk and KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake sachet contents
  • Pour the cream mixture into the base and bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the filling has set
