This dish is a must have at any braai but can also be served with grilled chicken breasts as a light summer dinner option!

  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tin kidney beans, drained and washed
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 150 g green beans, toped and tailed
  • 30 g rocket, washed
  • 30 ml KNORR Light Greek Salad Dressing


  • Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
