Making your own dough can be time consuming – simply ask your local supermarket to save you some bread dough and try out this impressive recipe!

  • 500g brown bread dough
  • Olive oil
  • 120g sliced biltong
  • 70g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 sachet KNORR Creamy Garlic Sauce


  • Preheat oven to 220C
  • Roll out the brown bread dough on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin until large and rectangular in shape
  • Spray a baking tray with non-stick baking spray and line with the rolled out bread dough
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil then top with blue cheese and biltong
  • Prepare the sachet of KNORR Creamy Garlic Sauce as per on-pack instructions - pour over the top of the dough and spread out over the surface using a knife to evenly distribute
  • Season with freshly cracked black pepper then bake in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and the dough is crispy around the edges
  • Remove from the oven and slice into squares and serve
