Crispy Christmas tree potatoes

These Christmas tree potatoes will be a wonderful addition to your festive table not to mention that they are absolutely delicious!

  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 15 ml KNORR Roasted Vegetable Veggie Bake
  • Sprigs of fresh rosemary


  • Preheat oven to 200C
  • Place potatoes into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender
  • Drain the potatoes and allow to cool slightly then using a sharp knife carefully trim across the width of half of the potatoes so that they are able to sit flush on a surface (these will form the base of your potato trees)
  • In a bowl combine the oil and KNORR Roasted Vegetable Veggie Bake
  • Add the potatoes and toss well to coat
  • Place one potato on top of the other (using the cut potatoes to form the base of your trees) and secure with a toothpick
  • Lightly grease an oven tray and carefully place the potato trees onto the oven tray
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy then insert the sprigs of rosemary through the top of each potato (this will hide the toothpick)
