  • 225 g Cake flour
  • 1½ tsp Baking powder
  • 75g Margarine, melted
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Frozen corn
  • 1 sachet KNORR Three Cheese Sauce
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Simply mix all the ingredients together but do not over mix the mixture.
  • Fill muffin cases or a greased muffin pan ¾ full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve warm or cold.
