Creamy Salmon, Pea and Mint Pasta

A seafood and pasta salad with a touch of zing.

  • 250g uncooked pasta shells
  • 250 ml frozen peas
  • 415 g Tin pink salmon (or tuna)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 sachet KNORR Creamy Cheese Sauce
  • 30 ml Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Robertsons Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl place peas and pour in boiling water to cover.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Make cheese sauce following packet instructions.
  • In a bowl mix together cheese sauce, peas, salmon and pasta.
  • Zest and juice the lemon.
  • Stir mint leaves, lemon juice and zest into pasta.
  • Season and serve immediately.
