  • 100 g Rocket leaves
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese, sliced
  • 2 Ciabatta bread rolls
  • 1 KNORR Beef Stock Pot
  • 60 ml Onion marmalade
  • 300 g Rump or Porter House steak


  • Rub the rump steak with a little oil and fry in a pan on each side to seal well before adding the KNORR Beef Stock Pot.
  • Allow the KNORR Beef Stock Pot to melt in the pan while cooking the steak to your preference.
  • Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing thickly.
  • Heat rolls in oven, then slice open and place sliced meat inside the roll and top with cheese and rocket leaves.
  • Dollop on some onion marmalade, season with Robertsons salt and pepper.
  • Serve with crisps or a salad.
