Deluxe Steak and Gorgonzola Rolls
Deluxe rolls for special occasions.

- 100 g Rocket leaves
- 100 g Gorgonzola cheese, sliced
- 2 Ciabatta bread rolls
- 1 KNORR Beef Stock Pot
- 60 ml Onion marmalade
- 300 g Rump or Porter House steak
- Rub the rump steak with a little oil and fry in a pan on each side to seal well before adding the KNORR Beef Stock Pot.
- Allow the KNORR Beef Stock Pot to melt in the pan while cooking the steak to your preference.
- Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing thickly.
- Heat rolls in oven, then slice open and place sliced meat inside the roll and top with cheese and rocket leaves.
- Dollop on some onion marmalade, season with Robertsons salt and pepper.
- Serve with crisps or a salad.
