Ingredients

  • 400 g Tin red kidney beans
  • 1 sachet KNORR Savoury Mince Dry Cook-in-Sauce
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ Pack lettuce
  • 500 g Beef mince
  • 5 tsp Coriander
  • 1 Red onion
  • ½ cup Grated cheese
  • 125 ml Sour cream
  • 1 cup Nacho chips

Method

  • In a frying pan heat oil.
  • Brown mince and add garlic.
  • Stir in the contents of the sachet of KNORR Savoury Mince Dry Cook-in-Sauce, water and beans, mix well cooking for 20 minutes.
  • Add coriander and season to taste if necessary.
  • Place lettuce on to a plate.
  • Top with beef mixture, then cheese, onion and sour cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve with corn chips.
