An 'Old Favourite' Healthy Broccoli Salad
Onions, raisons and pecan nuts give this old broccoli favourite a great new flavour. For extra appeal sprinkle with bacon bits.

Ingredients
- 2 KNORR Light Greek Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Fat-free milk
- 83.1 millilitre Mayonnaise
- 83.1 millilitre Chopped pecans or sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Raisins
- 1 Small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 Large head broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 125 gram Bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
- 2 tablespoon KNORR Light Greek Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into small florets and place into a large bowl.
- Add onion, raisins and pecans.
- Blend mayonnaise, milk and KNORR Greek Salad Dressing until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
- Crumble bacon bits over just before serving.
- Serve as an accompaniment to a braai or with a lightly grilled piece of fish and new potatoes.
