Chicken, Tomato And Mustard Pasta
For pasta fans here's a meal that's bursting with flavours and colour.

Ingredients
- • 500 g penne pasta
- • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- • 500 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
- • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- • 1 cup (250 ml) cream
- • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh basil (optional)
- • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • Robertsons Salt and Black Pepper
- • ¼ cup (62,5 ml) dry white wine
- • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) KNORR Creamy Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing
- • Robertsons Paprika for garnishing
Instructions
- Boil pasta following instructions on packaging
- In a heavy frying pan heat a little oil, add onions and garlic
- Season the chicken strips and when the onion begins to soften, add the chicken to the pan
- Stir-fry until the chicken strips are just cooked
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, wine, cream and KNORR Creamy Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing
- Stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly, then add the basil, check the seasoning and adjust if necessary
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve on a bed of penne pasta
