Grilled Haloumi With Balsamic Coriander Dressing

Ingredients
- • 200 g haloumi cheese
- • 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- • 2-3 limes, juice and zest
- • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) course grainy mustard
- • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) KNORR Balsamic With Olive Oil Salad Dressing
- • flour seasoned with salt and pepper
- • Dressing:
- • ½ teaspoon (2,5 ml) garlic paste
- • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped coarsely
- • Robertsons Salt and Freshly Ground Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat cheese dry with kitchen paper and slice into fingers
- Prepare dressing by mixing together all ingredients in a bowl
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Coat cheese slices in seasoned flour
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry cheese slices, for about 1 minute on each side, until golden
- Serve immediately on a platter with dressing poured over
- Serve with pita bread
