Creamy Beef & Mushroom Fusilli

Whip up a pasta meal in half an hour with this tasty beef and mushroom combination topped with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • • 300g beef strips
  • • 30ml oil
  • • 125g mushrooms, sliced
  • • 200ml cream
  • • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • • 1 sachet KNORR Oxtail Soup with Barbecue Spice
  • • 1 onion, chopped
  • • 300ml milk
  • • 300g fusilli pasta

Instructions

  1. Roll beef strips in soup powder
  2. Heat 15ml oil and brown the meat
  3. Add remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms
  4. Mix remaining Knorr Soup Powder with cream and milk and add to the pan
  5. Stir to thicken
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes and return the meat to the pan and heat through
  7. Cook paste in boiling salted water until al dente
  8. Combine the sauce and pasta and serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese and freshly chopped herbs
