Crustless Quiche
Looking for a Sunday lunch quiche? This crustless recipe is ideal and you can try your own variations for the filling.

Ingredients
- • 250ml milk
- • 2 thick slices whole-wheat or brown bread
- • 30ml KNORR Tasty Chicken Soup with Chicken Spice
- • 500ml grated cheese
- • 30ml Stork margarine
- • 2 extra large eggs
- • 1 x 410g tin asparagus
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Boil milk and Stork margarine together
- Pour hot mixture over the bread and allow to soak in
- Beat the eggs, KNORR Soup Powder, asparagus, cheese and salt and pepper
- Add this to the bread mixture and mix lightly
- Turn into a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper and bake for 30 minutes
- Variations: Substitute sweetcorn for asparagus or add bacon or tuna
